Wintermelon flavored bubble tea can be made like a milkshake (milk tea) or an ice tea (fruit tea) and it is completed with the bubbles of your choice. During a cold winter time, we recommend this drink with milk and warmed up. In Asian countries it is known as Dōngguā (冬瓜).

Be aware: Do not confuse this flavor with watermelon! Wintermelon tastes more like tapioca and does not taste anything like watermelon.
